Deacon successfully negotiated with Essex to combine two large-scale multifamily projects into one. The Owens at Galloway portion consists of an 8.4 acre site with 255 living units in eight residential buildings, cold shell retail spaces, club/fitness center, leasing building, pool, and associated site work and landscaping. The Hacienda at Galloway portion consists of an 8.7 acre site with 251 living units in eight residential buildings, club/fitness center, leasing building, pool, park, playground area, and associated site work and landscaping. Accommodating this massive project required Deacon to complete improvements to off-site City of Pleasanton public right-of-ways and the Iron Horse Regional Trail located adjacent to both sites.
